We collect your email address when you request Something To Sell. Optional follow-up consent is separate from delivery of your kit.
What we store and why
For challenge access, we store your name, email, payment phone number, transaction reference, ticket tier and payment-review status. We also store submitted questions, replies and task progress. We use these details to deliver resources, verify access, answer you and operate the challenge.
The website is hosted by Hostinger. Email is delivered through our email providers. A private Google Sheet holds launch records for Bruce to manage. These providers may process data outside Zimbabwe. We do not sell your contact details.
Your choices
Follow-up tips are optional. Use the unsubscribe link in your kit email or contact us to stop them. Necessary access, payment and service messages are separate. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion of your information. Records needed for accounting, disputes or legal obligations may need to be retained.
Cookies and security
We use necessary session cookies for sign-in, downloads and security. The sales self-check stores your draft in your browser tab. We do not ask for your EcoCash PIN. Keep your personal download links and sign-in codes private.
Website activity and optional tracking
We record website actions, such as kit requests, payment-reference submissions and downloads, to operate the funnel and understand which steps need improvement. Records can include the page, time, session identifier, campaign tags, referring page and device type, and your email when you provide it.
If you choose Allow optional tracking, configured Meta Pixel and Google tracking can receive page visits and conversion actions to measure and improve our marketing. These providers may associate activity with their own identifiers and process data outside Zimbabwe. Our conversion events do not include your email, phone number, payment reference or question text. Approved paid-access events include the purchase amount and an order identifier; free invitations are not reported as purchases.
You can decline optional tracking without losing kit or challenge access. Use Privacy choices on funnel pages to change your decision. Your preference is stored in this browser; declining or withdrawing permission stops future optional tracking from loading here, but does not erase data already sent. Marketing-email consent is a separate choice.
